Built in the 1990s, it needs to be redesigned to meet the latest environmental standards. 
and make it easier for users to maintain their boats.
To this end, the @Département du Calvados, in coordination with Ports du Calvados, is carrying out various operations:
- Reconstruction of technical/caravanning area
- Installation of an underground retention tank
- Implementation of a treatment system
- Construction of all networks
- Securing workspaces
- Parking lot redevelopment
The rehabilitation operation is scheduled to last eight months, with the most important works scheduled for completion before the summer season.
The technical area and boat elevator will be out of service for the duration of the work.
The total cost of the project is around one million euros (excluding VAT), entirely financed by the Département du Calvados.
