Ports du Calvados, in collaboration with the National Sea Rescue Society of Dives-sur-Mer and CAPAC, organised a "discovery" afternoon.
The port provided an "off-site" welcome, while hosting a tasting of local products:
- Special edition of the 80th "duo of plain and chocolate biscuits" (crunchy flowers) and salted butter caramel crunchies from Normandy. All this was offered by the Atelier du Biscuit, to whom we would like to thank very much.
- Cider, apple juice and sparkling apple juice, from the Lieu Roussel Educational Farm, located in Douville-en-Auge.
- The SNSM made young and old aware of the rescue and also provided tours of its canoe.
- CAPAC oversaw the formation of nautical knots and the construction of models.
More than a hundred visitors took part in the various activities.
