Not all seafood is caught in the same way. There are many different fishing techniques: line, trawl, net...
This means taking from the sea only the quantities we need, while respecting the marine ecosystem and taking care not to deplete populations: the remaining fish must be present in sufficient numbers in the sea to be able to reproduce and cover our future needs.
It also means ensuring that fishing activities have a limited impact on the environment: reducing fossil fuel consumption, improving waste management and preventing pollution.
